Terms & Conditions – Silver Clay Workshops

By booking a workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participation & Liability
Workshops are attended at your own risk. Silver Clay is a natural material and may develop cracks or minor imperfections during shaping, firing, polishing, or shipping. While I take the greatest care to avoid this, some issues may occur outside my control. I cannot replace workshop fees or jewelry if the finished piece is damaged.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Transfers

  • Cancellations up to 48 hours before the workshop receive a full refund.

  • Workshops are transferable (e.g., in case of illness) by emailing hello@studiojupiter.de

  • Purchased vouchers are valid for 1 year.

  • After the cancellation deadline, workshop fees are non-refundable.

3. Jewelry Production & Shipping

  • Jewelry pieces will be fired, polished, and shipped within 1–2 weeks after the workshop.

  • Delays may occur due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, as all work is done personally with care.

4. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to the use of photos or videos of the workshop and your finished jewelry for promotion on Instagram, website, or other media.

5. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for their own safety. Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property
Workshop content, designs, and teaching materials are copyrighted. Jewelry created is for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited without permission.

7. General Terms

  • Silver Clay is a natural material and minor imperfections are normal.

  • Workshop fees cover all materials, guidance, firing, polishing, and shipping.

  • I may adjust scheduling or procedures when necessary to ensure safety and quality.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of German courts.

9. Silver Jewelry Care
Please note that silver jewelry naturally tarnishes over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, or skin contact. This is a normal process for silver and does not indicate a defect. Tarnish can be easily removed and your piece restored to its original shine using a standard silver polishing cloth.

10. Handmade Workshop Jewelry Disclaimer
Please note that the jewelry created during workshops is hand-shaped by participants, who may not be professional jewelers. While every effort is made to guide and support you in creating a beautiful piece, the final product may be more delicate or have minor imperfections. As such, I cannot provide a guarantee for the durability, strength, or overall quality of pieces made in workshops.
